The seal of our tribe has many parts that all mean something.
DiłHił (black) is East and means darkness.
łiCHíí (red) is South means sky long life.
łiTSOG (yellow) is West means sunset end of day.
łiGAi (white) is North means sprit gate purity.
The rope repersents the people. Each strand of the rope is a person in the tribe. With all strands put together we are strong , such as the rope.
Four eagle feathers each representing the four directions meaning strength and wisdom.
This symbol means this seal belongs to this Apache tribe and is so recognize by the copyright office in Washington D.C.
